By booking travel services with TRAVEL BESPOKE, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Confirmation

All travel arrangements are subject to availability. A booking will be considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by TRAVEL BESPOKE.

Prices & Payments

Prices are based on the services specified in the confirmed itinerary or quotation. Payments must be made according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking. Online payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers.

Changes to Bookings

Any request to amend a confirmed booking will be subject to availability and may result in additional charges from hotels, airlines, transport providers or other suppliers.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation charges and refund conditions vary depending on the services booked and the policies of the respective hotels, airlines and other suppliers. The applicable cancellation terms will be communicated with the quotation or booking confirmation. Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance and any other documentation required for their journey.

Changes Beyond Our Control

Travel arrangements may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural events, government restrictions, flight disruptions, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, we will assist in arranging suitable alternatives.

Third-Party Services

Hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides and other travel services may be provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
